Module 1: Programming Fundamentals for Data Science 30 ECTS Credits

Learn the core principles of software engineering: variables, functions, loops, conditionals, fundamental algorithms, and data structures.

You’ll be introduced to essential programming concepts and begin learning the C programming language. This module builds a solid foundation in programming, covering pointers, arrays, strings, algorithms, hash data structures, software architecture, blockchain basics, and more.

Module 2: Building Foundational Skills 30 ECTS Credits

As the studies progress, learners will dive deeper into C programming, including Shell scripting, and move on to intermediate data structures and algorithms. Students will begin learning Python and the fundamentals of machine learning — covering regression, training datasets, structured and unstructured data, as well as data collection, visualization, and storage.

They will also build a solid foundation in back-end development, including pointers, arrays, strings, algorithms, hash data structures, software architecture, blockchain basics, and more.

Module 3: Introduction to Data Science 30 ECTS Credits

Students advance into Python and machine learning fundamentals, exploring regression, training datasets, structured and unstructured data, data collection, visualization, and storage. This module also introduces selected cloud-based tools used in machine learning.

The goal at this stage is to understand how data can improve core business outcomes and become a strategic asset. Learners will apply their knowledge by completing several larger-scale, real-world projects.

Module 4: Advanced Machine Learning 30 ECTS Credits

After mastering Python, students will delve into more advanced machine learning techniques, working with large and complex datasets. They will also study key business principles and how data can be leveraged to improve critical business outcomes. The module explores how data can become a strategic asset for organizations.

To strengthen their practical skills, students will complete several large-scale, real-world projects.

Modules 5 & 6 (Year 3) 60 ECTS Credits

Learners will develop a final capstone project aligned with the specific industry or specialization they aim to enter. The project will span approximately five months and involve a high level of technical complexity, showcasing their knowledge in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

In addition, students will participate in simulated technical interviews to prepare for real-world recruitment processes, improving both their communication and problem-solving abilities.
